C3 Synergy Consulting wants everyone to be able to use this website. This statement describes our commitment, what we have done, and how to reach us if something is not working for you.
C3 Synergy Consulting is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, which is the widely recognized standard used to support compliance with laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act.
We have not yet completed an independent accessibility audit, and we do not claim full conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Some parts of the Site depend on third-party tools that we do not control, including the contact form provided by Kartra and the scheduling page provided by Calendly. We have asked these tools to be accessible, but parts of them may not fully meet the standard. If you have trouble with either, contact us and we will help you reach us another way.
Some of our graphics present text as part of the image. Their descriptions are provided in text, but we continue to look for ways to present that information as page text as well.
If you cannot use a form, a scheduling page, or any other part of the Site, we will gladly help in another way. You can email solutions@c3synergyconsulting.com and we will arrange a phone call, a video call, or another format that works for you. We can also provide Site information in an alternative format on request.
We welcome your feedback. If you find an accessibility barrier, or need information from the Site in a different format, please email solutions@c3synergyconsulting.com and tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use if any. We aim to respond within five business days and to resolve issues as quickly as we reasonably can.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review the Site when we add or change content, and we update this statement as we make improvements. This statement was last reviewed on October 24, 2026.
