These terms set out the rules for using the C3 Synergy Consulting website. Please read them before using the Site.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of c3synergyconsulting.com (the "Site"), which is operated by C3 Synergy Consulting, LLC ("C3 Synergy Consulting," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Information on this Site

The Site describes C3 Synergy Consulting and its approach to leadership, culture, systems, and organizational transformation. Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, human resources, medical, or other professional advice, and it does not take into account your organization's particular circumstances.

3. No consulting relationship from site use

Visiting the Site, submitting the contact form, or scheduling an Overview Call does not create a consulting, coaching, or other professional relationship with C3 Synergy Consulting. Any engagement begins only when you and C3 Synergy Consulting sign a written agreement. That agreement, and not these Terms, governs the services we provide.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, methodologies, frameworks, and design, are owned by C3 Synergy Consulting or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. C3 Synergy Consulting™, Bulldoze & Build™, Hard Reset™, Culture Construction Audit™, C3 Synergy Insights™, Triple Wins in Leadership™, and related names and marks are the property of C3 Synergy Consulting. Nothing on the Site grants you a license to use them.

You may view the Site and print or share a page for your own personal or internal business reference, as long as you keep all copyright and trademark notices intact. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Site or its content, or use our methodologies, names, or marks, without our prior written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that violates a law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
• introduce viruses, malicious code, or anything else that could harm the Site or other users;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, or place an unreasonable load on it;
• use automated tools to scrape or copy the Site without our written permission; or
• submit information that is false, misleading, or that you do not have the right to share.

6. Information you submit

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit through the Site. We will use it as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential, privileged, or highly sensitive information through the contact form. Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, information you send us before an engagement begins is not treated as confidential.

7. Third-party services and links

The Site uses third-party tools, such as Kartra for the contact form and Calendly for scheduling, and may link to other websites. Those services are provided by their owners under their own terms and policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, C3 Synergy Consulting disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that its content is complete, accurate, or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, C3 Synergy Consulting and its owners, members, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits apply only to the extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless C3 Synergy Consulting and its owners, members, officers, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You and C3 Synergy Consulting agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

13. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and C3 Synergy Consulting regarding your use of the Site.
